Questions people ask before signing up

Where do the leads come from?

Qualaro searches a B2B database of companies and contacts for businesses that match your campaign's keywords and locations, then adds them to your lead database.

What does a credit pay for?

Finding a lead costs 1 credit, a decision maker 10, an email 5 and an AI call 8. Your plan's credits refresh every month.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Buy a credit top-up from Settings at any time, or move to a bigger plan. Campaigns won't deploy with a lead goal larger than your remaining credits.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, from Settings. You keep your plan and any credits left until the end of the billing period, then move to Free with 100 credits a month.

Can my team share a workspace?

Pro and Organization include team seats with roles. Every seat has its own monthly credit pool, so one person's campaigns don't use up anyone else's credits.

Does Qualaro work on my phone?

The app is built for desktop screens. Sign in from a laptop or desktop to run campaigns and follow calls live.
